General Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products between Monesty SARL (publisher of the site https://pilatesme-france.com ) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase via the site.

Validation of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered are those appearing on the site https://pilatesme-france.com , within the limits of available stocks.

Each product is presented with an accurate description. The photographs are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity (especially for colors).


4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) , all taxes included (TTC) .
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Monesty SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.


5. Order

The Customer places an order via the website https://pilatesme-france.com .
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products.
The Customer will receive an email confirming their order.

Monesty SARL reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, or non-payment.


6. Payment

Payment is made online via secure solutions (Shopify Payments, Stripe or others).
Bank details are never stored.

The order is considered validated after confirmation of payment.


7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to mainland France and to the countries indicated at the time of ordering.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier chosen and are specified at the time of purchase.
The risks are transferred to the Customer as soon as the package is taken over by the carrier.

In the event of a delay, Pilates&Me undertakes to inform the Client. However, no compensation may be claimed for a delay beyond our control.


8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Client must contact customer service by email at info@pilatesme-france.com .

Reimbursement will be made within 7 days after receipt of the returned products in perfect condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened and/or used products that cannot be resold


9. Return and refund

Returned products must be in their original condition , unused, and accompanied by their original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer except in the event of an error on our part (defective product or product not conforming to the order).


10. Warranty

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

In case of defect, contact customer service with photo evidence and description.


11. Liability

Monesty SARL cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product purchased.

The website may contain links to other websites. Monesty SARL declines all responsibility for the content of these third-party sites.


12. Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in compliance with the GDPR , in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

The Customer may exercise his rights of access, rectification, deletion or opposition by e-mail.


13. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Monesty SARL.


14. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Luxembourg law and, for French consumers, also to the mandatory provisions of French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to seek an amicable solution by contacting our customer service department. Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
