Delivery & Ordering
We deliver to France and Belgium within 5 to 12 working days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time.
If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left, allowing you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office.
We ship your orders from multiple warehouses around the world to ensure faster delivery. Therefore, if your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
It is therefore possible that you will receive a first package before the others. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way. If you have not received all of your items within 20 working days , please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can check the status of your shipment.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur. Once your order has been shipped, its delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We recommend that you wait a few more days, then contact us via our form at the bottom of this page, or contact your post office for more information.
Shipping of your order may be delayed for a variety of reasons. The most common delays are weather-related, customs procedures, or postal service delays.
Your packages will be delivered directly to your mailbox according to your local postal service's delivery schedules.
If the package is too large, it will be delivered to you in person.
If you are not there at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left so that you can collect your package at the nearest post office.
Cancellation & Return
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Before submitting a refund request, it is imperative that you wait until you receive your package.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been validated, the refund will be made within 3 to 7 working days , depending on the payment method used.

Order changes are only possible if shipping has not yet taken place. If you wish to make a change, please contact us within 6 hours of your purchase .
Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Cancellation of your order is possible within 6 hours of purchase .
If you still wish to cancel after this period, you will have to wait to receive your package, then return it to us for a full refund ( return costs remain the customer's responsibility ).
